El Nido Apartment
The Villa and was built in 2004 incorporating a self contained apartment. The apartment is suitable for two people only and has one bedroom with an en suite shower room, a kitchen, lounge and dining area.
The apartment is fully equipped with satellite wide screen television, DVD, Hi Fi, Fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven and hob etc. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Full central heating is installed for anyone looking for a Winter break. During the summer months you will have full use of the pool and equipment including sun beds, parasol etc.
There is a set of golf clubs and trolley in the apartment if required. Please let us know before your arrival if they are needed.
A welcome pack is provided on your arrival including a bottle of wine, eggs, milk, bread, butter etc.

Location
The apartment is situated in the centre of La Drova approx. 4 min drive (20min walk) from the village of Barx with its many bars and shops including two small supermarkets, butchers, bakers, tobacconist, bank, chemist etc.
Transport
The village of Barx is a 20 minute walk from the villa (not to be recommended in the middle of summer). Gandia and the nearest big supermarket are a 20 minute drive away . It is essential to hire a car for your stay as the local public transport is erratic. The train service from Gandia is excellent and Valencia City centre takes less than an hour. Benidorm is only a 45min. drive with its theme parks (Terra Mitica) and water parks. Other places of interest are Xativa 30mins, Simat monastery 20mins and Guadalest 50mins.
